ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA | 26 JANUARY 2023 - #IO2023 #wtcaddis
FDRE Land Bank and Development Corporation, a state-owned enterprise that manages and develops national land holdings to maximize socioeconomic benefits, is hosting an investment forum called Invest Origins, IO2023, from January 26 to 27, 2023 at the Ethiopian Museum of Science. The aim of IO2023 is to showcase the skills and capabilities of local businesses and encourage foreign investment in nationally prioritized industries. You can visit investorigins.com to learn more about #IO2023.
The theme of the forum is “Invest in Ethiopia - The Next Economic Engine of Africa.” IO2023 will provide information on land holdings available for development, strategic intelligence, and feasibility mapping to ensure the sustainability of investments, and connections to potential business partners in the housing, health, hospitality, education, and ICT sectors.
We are thrilled to announce our participation at the IO2023 and to bring international investment opportunities to Addis, the capital of Africa.
Sinopia has become the holder of the World Trade Center Addis Ababa (WTC Addis) license and launched the WTC-branded real estate and trade center project at the heart of Addis Ababa. WTC Addis elevates Africa's status in the global market by providing trade services and office suits with high-end accommodations including co-working and hot-desk spaces as well as conference, meeting, and exhibition facilities.
Additionally, Sinopia has agreed with Grundfos, the number one pump manufacturer with a global reach spanning more than 130 countries, to set up a sub-factory where submersible borehole pumps will be assembled right here in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We sincerely invite you all to meet us at the forum on January 26th and 27th, 2023 at the Ethiopian Museum of Science.
