Job Description
  • Conduct market research, develop business strategies, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Qualification and Requirement
  • Work Experience: 0 to 5 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Business Administration and Management or related fields
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and high workload
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written ones
  • Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • English proficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
